I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.

You may not remove my watermark from the commission unless agreed upon.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I reserve the right to publicly share and or display my work in any format. For commissions marked as private, I will honor confidentiality requests.

My art is intended for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you wish to use my commissioned art for commercial purposes, it must be agreed upon with me before the commission is done.

If you don’t wish to have your commission posted, you must inform me before the commission is done.

Upon final completion, clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights for the finished animation, while i retain the right to display work samples in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any use of the animation should include proper credit to the animator as agreed in the contract.

You are required to provide your models/textures as part of the commissioning process.

Make sure that you have your models/textures ready before commissioning me.

If assets are incomplete or do not meet the required standards, additional charges or delays may apply as i work to optimize them.

Before work begins, clients must verify that all essential information has been provided in its complete, accurate, and final form.

If you are subscribed to a Patreon tier that qualifies you for a commission discount, please inform me at the time of commissioning to ensure the discount is applied correctly, as I may not recall discount eligibility without a reminder.

A full upfront payment is required before I begin working on the commission.

Should any additional fees or charges arise during the course of the project due to changes in scope, requests for extra work, or unforeseen complexities, these will be invoiced separately. These fees will be due upon completion of the project, prior to the final delivery of the work.

Depending on the complexity of the scene, the price may increase.

Significant changes to posing, animation or scene late into the project will icrease the price.

In cases where a model/asset requires to be owned by both parties for commissioning and is unowned by me, the price of the model/asset will be added to the commission price.

A full refund will only be issued if the commission is canceled before work has begun or if I choose to cancel the project.

A partial refund may be granted based on the progress of the commission, at my discretion.

Unauthorized chargebacks are not permitted. Any chargeback initiated without prior authorization will result in the immediate termination of the project and disqualification from future commissions.
